Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 12 noon will be shipped same day. Normal “in transit” time is approximately 2-4 days. Due to Covid-19 and the increase in packages the USPS or USPS is required to deliver, shipping times could be greater.


Once your order is packaged and labeled you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number. Once received and scanned by the USPS or UPS they will update the tracking link with an ETA for delivery. Please check your spam/promotions/junk folder for this email.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Platinum Treasures, we take great pride in making customer satisfaction our number one concern. We want you to be happy with every purchase that you make. However, due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. Some products have a warranty issued from the manufacturer. We will gladly assist you with manufacturer warranty information if applicable. However, if you purchase a product that does not have a manufacturer warranty and it is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same or a comparable product. 

 

TO EXCHANGE A DEFECTIVE ITEM:

 

1. Email us at info@pttreasures.com to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

 

2. Write your RMA number on the product(s) original packaging. (Sorry, returns cannot be accepted without an RMA number prominently displayed on the exterior of the packaging containing the defective item. Packages without an RMA number will be returned to sender.)

 

3. Package the product and all batteries/charging cords and accessories that came with your product. Be sure to include a copy of your original invoice.
